4.3 Earthquake!

Shook the house this afternoon.

Interrupted our nap.
Betty thought she farted herself awake again.

Oh my goodness. Did I just fart or was there an earthquake?
Gunther ignored Mom's protests to stay away from the windows, but apparently he thought someone walking by might need a sip of water.

Our earthquake today was on the same fault line as the big one that just happened down in Mexico.
It was probably an aftershock. It wasn't that big, or it didn't feel that strong by the time it made it to us. The important thing is that despite the scary jolt, no food bowls were broken....

How scary, guys! You seem to have your priorities straight though- always protect the food bowls first!!! What if that earthquake had shaken so hard that your kibble spilled everywhere? You would have had to eat it all up!

Seriously, I am glad you guys are ok. You have earthquakes, we are hidin' from tornadoes! What a mess!

Oh, and miss Stella, I am in LOVE with your one little white footie. I wish I had one! I am thinking about putting on one white sock so maybe I can be like you!?

So glad to hear you are all okay. They say there might be a series of aftershocks for a while, so keep an eye on those food bowls. Love the photo of Gunther with the water bottle. Keep safe and keep us posted. Much love, woof, Josie

Hi Stella, Gunther & Betty! I hate to be woken up when I'm napping. I need my beauty sleep just like you guys do.

I had to look away from the 'puter when I saw Gunther with the plastic water bottle in his mouth. I know he knows better and was just trying to help out but those are a no-no. Next time, grab the hose Gunther!

Oh, thank goodness!! Hey, are you so sure that a fart of Betty's didn't create a little tremor that started the whole thing? Maybe you should et some sort of hazard pay for living with her! BOL! Gald to hear you are all OK, bummer about your naps being interrupted, though!!

You don't suppose that her farting actually caused the earth to move? It IS possible.
