Oh my aching back!

Our little piglet has gained 5lbs since she graced us with her presence on Dec. 12th.  Betty is now approaching 30lbs of chub and love. She adores being carried around and lifted up into the car and onto the bed along with Stella and Gunther. And now my back doth protest... big time!!  I know, I know. More legs, less back.

Mommy, come over here and lift me the rest of the way into the bed...

Pull my finger... pppphhhfrrrttt.

A face made for kissing and snuggling.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and waiting on their furbabies hand and foot!

Oh Betty, how embarrassing...Mom's telling everyone how much you weigh! Remember what the sheep says:
"Ewes not fat, ewes fluffy!"
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Hi Shannon! I can't believe that Betty has gained that much weight in a little over a month. She is losing her girlish figure and that's not good. I guess she'll be cutting back on her food and doing more exercise, huh? Maybe you can put my picture at the end of the treadmill and Betty can run to me!

Hi Stubby,

She actually was on the 'lean' side when she got here. She had really really loose stool and just within the past couple weeks it's gotten normal. I confess I like the babies on the thick side but Betty could have actually stood to gain a few pounds. I'm with you though, I'm surprised she gained that much.

I did a lot of research on food and supplements because she has a seizure disorder and also had a very rough start in life. I found an awesome supplement made by a PhD called Berte's Naturals. It's a powder called Immune Blend. After a month on it, her poo is normal. Her itchies are gone and her energy level has increased 10 fold. I know I sound like an infomercial but Betty is doing great on it. I do need to watch her weight now though... 5lbs is a bit much.

I will enjoy my weekend even better now that I've seen these photos. Especially the top one. Wow! Too cute. As for you being happy with a five pound weight gain, you can't be a woman. BOL

Betty is not 'fat' - she is big boned. D is interested in the Immune Blend - I have bad itchies and D wants a natural way to help me - she is going to do some research too!

PS We like girls on the chunkier side of life - there is more to cuddle!

Oh, Betty... Packin' on the lbs, eh? Trying to imitate Stella's luscious physique, maybe? Gotta say we are not surprised, being that you are always trying to break into the food supply!! Now that you are feeling so energetic, maybe you need to visit Ohio sometime so I could teach you to do some agility... BOL! If nothing else, you need to come out here and we could have a farting contest!

Way to go Betty! Fat and happy. It makes my heart happy to hear of such neglect but now, now you have the life.

She really does look fantastic. Good job mom.
