We've been laying low so Gunther can rest his sprained back.

Did we mention Gunther was resting?
While we waited for daddy to get home from work, Stella had a fitting for her custom wedding dress by Pugpossessed .

Did we mention Gunther rested?
On Sunday, we all went with daddy to check on his grapes and blueberries.
We saw a lot of grapevines.
Daddy said it'll be several more months before we see any grapes.
French wine?
We think this would be a lovely place to hold Stella and Brutus' wedding. Don't cha think?
This is one of many Barn Owls at daddy's vineyard. Can you see him through the round opening?
Down below are daddy's blueberries. That's where we're heading next.
Oh yeah, did we mention Gunther was taking it easy?

Then we headed home so we could BBQ. Gunther and Betty made sure to supervise daddy in the kitchen.
Stella has to fit into her wedding dress, so she's staying away from snacking. She chose to get a few rays before dinner.
Then momma got the nicest surprise. She got a phone call from Anakin, Izzy and Josie's mom! Anakin still isn't feeling like himself, so it'd be really nice to stop over and give him some hugs and kisses.

Nice weekend! Did Gunther feel like he got enough rest. You gotta get your rest or else you're just not rested. That's what I always say in between naps. I hope his back feels better very soon. And everyone is in suspense over Stella's wedding dress. I bet the New York Times fashion section is bothering you all the time for a sneak peek. That's the kind of thing they do, I hear.

Betty That pool looks great! I have a pool too but it isn't nearly that colorful, and it's a tiny bit bigger, BOL. Poor Gunther - I hope his ouchies get better, the ouchies are sucky.
