El Guapo Update

We have a lot of new furiends now-a-days. So some may not know about our very special foster Pug named El Guapo. He lived with us for 6 months before mom flew with him to Maui so he could be with his furever family.  We still miss him like crazy, but we knows he's makin' his family really happy.

So, for all our old and new furiends... here's an El Guapo update.

*sigh*  I wish we had better news....

but it seems even El Guapo couldn't escape the humiliation of Eater Bunny Ears.

El Guapo got to go on a huge Easter egg hunt with his human brother and sister.

He didn't get any foodables, but he got a new stuffie.

We know El Guapo has been busy being the best Pug ambassador over in Maui, so we love it when he sends pictures of his adventures.
In the meantime, we've been recovering from our Easter festivities.

Kisses,
Stella, Gunther and Betty

Aww, El Guapo is so cute in his bunny ears. And I love the new blog header. How in the world do you get them all three to sit so perfectly next to each other and pose for such great pictures? I'm jealous (and very impressed!)

Hi Stella, Gunther & Betty! It's so nice to see El Guapo doing so great. I know you miss him dearly and I'm sure he misses you too. Mom just received something in the mail today about Maui and said something about going there. I think not!

It looks like the Easter recovery process is going to take longer than expected, huh? I just have one question: how does your dad feel about Betty's butt being right up against him? I mean, if she lets one go he could go flying off the bed!

Hmmm. My mom was wondering of yuo could find a human rescue group that gives forever homes in Maui; she thinks there might be a family that needs to rescue her there?
We love the Easter "bonnets"! but could you look a little less happy about wearin' em?

HEE HEE HEE!!! Where to begin!!!

First however, on a serious bark, how nice of your parents to have fostered El Guapo! We are glad he is doing great in his fURever home. Wow! Six months was a long time for you guys to have him. Our Mommy and Daddy fostered the longest for three weeks and Mommy like needed therapy (hee hee.) She would be crying and looking at pictures and calling the new peeps all the time! Yeah...little coo coo. Daddy says she gots too attached. She has us... Well, we are glad to hear all is well!
Now... you ladies look sooooooooo cute in your hats and Gunther you in your tie. Stella, Your face is Priceless! Hee Hee. And you guys smothering your Daddy in the bed...Hee Hee Hee...Mommy can't wait to show our Daddy when he gets home 'cuz we do that to him. He normally doesn't let us sleep in the bed...I know pretty mean...but Mommy sneaks us in sometimes when he is sleeping. The whole reason for the no puggies in the bed is because Daddy says he can't move. Whatever! Just because I lay on his Tummy and Anakin on his head and Izzy in his neck. It's true. Most of the time, it's all 'bouts Mommy, but at night we infiltrate Daddy's space!

XOXOXO,
Josie, Izzy, and Anakin

Hey GUNTHER.... This is your wake up call.... you had better get busy and ask that hot tamale of yours to Date Night!!! Write her a POEM or something like that to seal the deal...
Buddy, there are lots of guys out there and they would love nothing more than to snap up OUR gals. I'm just sayin'. Gotta be attentive.

Being newish around here I did not know about El Guapo, but he sure is cute and I'm always happy to hear about a fellow creature getting a wonderful forever home. Bunny ears aren't so bad. They put them on me, too and I really didn't mind, much to everyone's suprise.

Dear Stella, Betty and Gunther
Thank you for sharing the update about your foster little friend El Guapo.
We did not know he lived with you, but we do know that you all showered him with love and kisses when he lived with you.
I know that you have a love tree outside your yard and it spinkles loves blossoms all over who goes under it.
Your mommy was awsome to take him to Hawaii to be with his forever family.

We love hearing about foster dogs that have a happy new home - although the bunny ears does seem a bit cruel.

We love the photos of you keeping the bed warm - too cute!
