You cannot imagine my excitement when my long distance sweetie, Brutus arrived.
We make a cute couple, don't we?
I couldn't help but notice something was odd...
Maybe he's feeling a little shy about our first meeting. But then he did the strangest thing.
He asked me to smell his finger. That can only lead to one thing... butt sniffing (I told him I save butt sniffing for when we're married). I think this means we're engaged!
I think Brutus felt overwhelmed when I told him I'd marry him. The poor thing fainted...
Please forgive Gunther for not being the best host. He's tired from chasing topless Twinkie around the beach. She's European you know. They don't believe much in clothes.
Brutus took some time to get to know his kin, Ms. Betty. It looks like they will get along famously.
I'm planning on taking my sweetie, Brutus sightseeing after he's had some time to rest up from his travels. We might even go see the Grandmothers next week. Hopefully we'll get the opportunity to visit with Benny and Lily since they live very close to the Grandmothers.
I'll post pictures of our adventures after mother has downloaded them from the picture taker.

Wow, Stella your small, or flat Brutus is big, I'm confused. It's going to be interesting to see Flat Brutus visiting all the doggie sizes on his adventure, since you can't really tell how big & small things are over the interwebs. I'm starting to think my poops may be bigger than some you pooches.

Hi Tucker, actually Stella is very small. Don't let her giant neck fool you. We call her a perfect brick, because that's how she's shaped. All 18lbs of her... She was, shhhhh (the runt) of her litter but she packs a big punch if you know what I mean.

Oh, I'm Most Glad FB made it to your house safe and sound! But I am a little Most Worried now that he and Stella have sealed their relationship with toe sniffing. (Very serious stuff, that.) She might wants to keep him all to herself!

How embarrassing that my post is so far down here. I would have been the first, but momma was busy making extra Flat Bruti so that you could keep that one to use as a stand-in until the real me gets there! It looks like you are having a great time with him, although I'm so convinced Gunther & Betty have welcomed him into the pack just yet.
I'm having mom take me shopping for a fitting engagement present for you - it isn't a proper proposal without some bling to commemorate the big day! Er, um... I hate to ask a lady this, but what size collar do you wear??? If your mom could email that I can be sure to get just the perfect thing!!
